  1. I will first start off by saying hello and introducing myself. My name is Ray, and I am 27 years old. I was used to living a pretty active lifestyle and I was always on the go.... That is until the beginning of this year. I started experiencing some unusual symptoms that began to affect my day to day life. I started seeing several different doctors, and eventually I underwent a tilt table test which caused me to black out. My BP dropped like a rock and heart rate went bellow 40bpm. I was out for over a minute. No "official" diagnosis was made, other than a general dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. I'm still going to a variety of different doctors, and trying to get more answers. I am still working full time, although some days even that can be a struggle. Other days I feel almost normal, but I must be careful not to "over do it", or I will pay for it the following couple of days. I am trying to adjust and stay positive with what feels like a sudden blow, but it can be difficult at times. One of the most difficult things is dealing with the feeling that I am now somehow different, and unable to keep up with my peers. I was reaching out to see if there were any young people in the South Florida area dealing with the same thing. Are there any support groups or organized meet ups in the area? Any feed back would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
