I've had several episodes where my eyes won't stop tearing. Most of the time it is watery and there is a burning/stinging feeling. I often get into fits of yawning with it- where I can't seem to stop yawning. I know it is the dysauto but have really ignored these symptoms. Wonder if I shouldn't look into getting some drops as mentioned earlier.

I have had constant tinnitus in both ears since the sudden onset of symptoms last Sept. On really bad days I get two or three different pitches going. On good days the sound is less but never "gone."
The ENT ruled out Menieres but said I have an electrochoclear abnormality and slight hearing loss in my right ear. Funny bc I am more symptomatic on my left side. I'm sure it is related to my Dysautonomia.
Has anyone else had constant ear ringing for months that stopped?

Hi. I'm new to this forum and so glad to hear I'm not alone in sweating all night. I usually awaken 1-5x throughout and almost every time the sheets are damp. Couple of funny things- wonder if anyone else has experienced: I'm sweating but very cold. (temp runs between 96-97) Also, it seems I sweat more on the left side of my body than the right.
As a side note, I've had a couple of sleep studies done and I have mild sleep apnea- both central and obstructive.

It often starts with this little sharp pain in my head (usually left top side) and then these icy spider-like feelings crawl up my back, shoulders, neck and head. Then these waves of severe dizziness (not spinning but faintness) hit me in the face and wash over my head. Like others said I can't sit still, I've got to move. I can handle one or two of these waves, but three or more and I'm blacking out or going into a panic attack. During these waves I cannot travel (ie get up from a chair- but I can't sit still). So if I need to move, (ie to the bed) it has to be between waves. And breathing is almost always increased in frequency during these episodes.
As others have said there is an overwhelming weakness during the episode and afterwards tremendous exhaustion for hours later.
Note: for me this can happen with or without significant changes in BP and HR.
