  1. Hello all, I've been reading through the posts, and trying the search feature-so please don't think I'm just going the easy route with my post...I am trying to find the answers. :-) I failed a TTT a couple of weeks ago-the nurse was surprised at how quickly I failed. I think that's why they told me that I have POTS--[you know the standard "you have to wait for the doctor for your results] I started feeling lousy as soon as the table went up-I didn't pass out, but came awfully close-was so shocked at how bad I felt-my bp went from 70 to 150 in the time it took to raise the table-no meds-just a fluid IV-that they began as soon as they lowered the table. When I meet with the cardio-what should I ask him? I'm making a list from what I've read here [thank you by the way!] My cardio put me on Florinef [wanted to see how it would work prior to my appointment-have been on it for 2 weeks-it's more annoying that I have to leave it in the fridge] 1. Should blood work be done [any ideas what kind] 2. Does this explain my easy bruising, and always being thirsty 3. Could it be anything else? How do I know if there isn't anything on top of POTS-like NCS or PAF... 4. I'm having facets injections in my neck done in a couple weeks under anethesia-are there precautions? 5. What about dental work 6. Can I fly-I've read about hyperventilation on flights...couldn't I just take an ativan? That lowers my heartrate... Anything else?? Thank you in advance!!!
