It's about "epigenetics" which is the study of environmental enfluence on gene expression. DNA Is Not DestinyI'm not one to get very excited about nutritional suppliments and the like but this was interesting. It could help explain why some disorders seem to appear out of the blue without an infection or genetic/ family link. Jeff Bland, Ph.D., wrote a book years ago which is available in paperback, called Genetic Nutritioneering (published by Keats).
