I am not sure whether I have gotten worse since last year, or whether it is the calcium channel blockers I’m taking at the moment. I might have to switch to iced tea! I don't know what to do other than stay in the AC and avoid being in the sun when possible! Direct sunlight is unbearable. I hope you manage to stay somewhat cool. MaineDoug Posted December 1, 2023 Report Share Posted December 1, 2023 Just getting cold here in Maine. Below freezing finally, it is quite the relief from the heat. In previous winters my wife and I would haul 10 cords of wood to fuel our wood stove. But last spring we had heat pumps installed. It’s soooo nice and warm now and it was oh so cool all summer!
