Emmet_Prince Posted August 5, 2018 Report Share Posted August 5, 2018 Hello. My name is Emmet, im 16. I have POTS and take a series of medications for this disorder. The main two being Atenelol and Fludrocort. I just found out by opening the bottle of Fludrocort. Its empty. I can't take the medicine tonight, or tomorrow because of the pharmacy being closed. I take 0.1MG every night and im a little scared how my body may react due to my slightly active life style due to babysitting. And due to my poor planning skills I will be without it for 2-3 days. The extra day depending if i get to the pharmacy on time. Has anyone ever missed 2 doses before? And if so, what did you do? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Clb75 Posted August 5, 2018 Report Share Posted August 5, 2018 The last time I had to stop it for a few days, my BP started to come back down. I also have NCS, and will faint when it gets too low. Emmet_Prince Posted August 5, 2018 Author Report Share Posted August 5, 2018 Couldnt get the meds. Pharmacy had to order them in, so they wont arrive till tomorrow.
