While waiting to get an appointment with allergy/immunology, he has me trialing 10 mg of Zyrtec nightly at bedtime. I'm about 4-5 days into this and actually feel like my allergy symptoms have increased. More congestion, itchy throat, mucus, etc. Anyone have an idea why this may be or had this happen?
