patman Posted April 28, 2017 Report Share Posted April 28, 2017 I'm not sure that I have POTS but it sounds like it might be the case. I have instances of where when I just start to fall asleep I feel like I'm going to faint–I feel like parts of my head are going numb and my arms feel the same. It comes and goes but recently it's been happening a lot. I also notice when I get up from a seated position I feel light-headed. I also feel like my visual perception is affected, like there's a lag of some sort. It seems like this has come on in the past several years.
