RichGotsPots Posted September 17, 2014 Report Share Posted September 17, 2014 Clonidine purpose is to lower NE. Hyper pots people have too much NE and take it for that reason. It doesn't really lower supine BP mainly orthostatic BP unless he would take a lot. Now it makes more sense becaused he tried taking it during the day time and his blood pressures would not stay up when he was sitting up.
