gjensen
It was a beautiful and warm day. I was able to spend some time outside and upright. My heart rate was still "nutty", but my head symptoms was tolerable. They started getting to me at the end of the day, but subsided when I got off my feet. Anyways, I was thankful to have some relief. I will take what I can get.

looneymom
If you feel good enough to go out on sunny days it should help you. Natural sunlight helps with so many things in the body. I have always been able to tell a difference in my son after he has been outside in the sunlight. There is some research in this area. Vitamin D is good for the body. Enjoy another warm day if you can.Rachel
