Suthrngal
Have you taken potassium to help symptoms caused by taking so much sodium? Ie if taking so much salt...is it lowering potassium and thus causing muscle spasm? I have also heard the b12 in active form can cause potassium levels to drop. Katybug
I don't know about the B12, but sodium salts will deplete your potassium. If you take salt tabs on a regular basis you should be trying to find brands that include sodium and potassium salts. If you just salt load, you should try to get a higher level of potassium in your diet. I know that at least a couple of people on this forum have ended up in the ER due to low potassium levels.
