Suthrngal Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013 A recent nutraeval test showed that I was severely deficient in coq12 wondering if any of you have taken this? I have read that it can lower blood pressure my blood pressure is already low so just wondering if anybody had any luck with this? As always thanks for your time in responding Quote
Chaos Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013 I've took it a couple years ago and felt it was helpful but then stopped and when I started up again, it wasn't helpful and in fact felt like it was making things worse. Now that I'm on a statin for my bad LDL/HDL ratio (which is think is related to all this thru inflammatory processes somehow), I'm taking a low dose (30 mg) just to help cover what I'm losing by being on the crestor. Seem to be tolerating that dose ok now. Quote
Chaos Posted July 16, 2013 Report Posted July 16, 2013 Was your nutraeval something your doc ordered for you or can you request that on your own? Quote
Suthrngal Posted July 16, 2013 Author Report Posted July 16, 2013 Doctor order Genova's NutraEval. Quote
Katybug Posted July 17, 2013 Report Posted July 17, 2013 I'm on a high dose of CoQ10 that's in a combined supplement with a B complex and it has helped me quite a bit. I definitely have more energy. I've tried each of these things alone and didn't get the same effect as I have with this blended supplement. Quote
