issie Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 I added an H1 with it, after I got more stable. The only one I tolerate is Claritin - generic name is loratadine - I use 10 mg. I can use it morning and night. I have recently been able to include 1/2 of a Zantac 150. I use this one only at night. I'm glad the mast cell stablizers are helping. Hope things continue to improve. There are some natural type supplements that I use to help with mast cell issues too. But, I think it's better to try one thing at a time and see how it goes.
