The vet that I take my Bearded Dragons to has a deer that lives in her house! I know Melanie and her husband Steve both great people. You can check out the deers website and you can see a live webcam as well!

When I lived in Colorado - we were out in the country and we had deer and elk. Our yard was the passage way for them and they beded down on our property. We would wake up at night with them rubbing on the side of our house. My sister-in-law started throwing apples to them and a few of them will come and take them from her hand. They come back every year with their babies. The elk are really massive too - we had one get tangled up in our fence one time and my hubby had to go out and cut him out of the wire. Of course, he couldn't get close enough to get it off his antlers - but, at least we got him untangled. I bet when he dropped those antlers that wire was still in it. We also had bears and mountain lions. I used to feed one deer pepermints and it took it from my fingers. Really cool - they are such pretty animals.

How are they able to keep them in the city? Or are you not in the city?

I love the deer. They are in our back yard all the time!! Even saw some babies this past year. They are so beautiful!!
