Wonder why autonomic docs aren't treating more of us with migraines with ACE inhibitors since it also is known to help some POTS patients. It seems like some of us might get a 2-for-1 treatment. issie Posted May 7, 2012 Report Share Posted May 7, 2012 I keep thinking the Renin/Aldosterone thing is a key part of our POTS - but, docs just don't seem to be looking into it much; and I'm not being able to figure it out on my own either.
