julieph85
This happens every night when I lay down when I get surges in blood pressure. It's called pulsatile tinnitus and in our case is caused by turbulent blood flow in the arteries of the head caused by vasoconstriction . It is very uncomfortable for me when it is happening cause I also get intense pressure in my head. I feel for you it is so annoying!
bellgirl
I have tinnitus, ear ringing, all the time. It is annoying. I have had the pulsatile type only a few times. Since I have been on medications for my tachycardia, and blood pressure, it has helped with the head pressure, neck pain and pulsatile tinnitus.
