issie Posted January 12, 2012 Report Share Posted January 12, 2012 Wait it out - it would take me a few days to get over the kenalog injections. They seemed to make me really tired and lethargic and sort of depressed - but I pulled out of it and then was better. Unless, the results are unbearable and then I'd call your POTS doc and ask what to do. I'm on a steriod pack right now and having that same tiredness - but not hurting so much.
