abetterjulie Posted June 3, 2011 Report Share Posted June 3, 2011 I didn't have dark urine and ketones, but it didn't help me. Hopefully, you have stopped the extra salt. How much were you taking? It is possible that even with the water, it was too much. I am often surprised by how some will just say "add salt" without recognizing the dangers inherent in it.
