My husband says my breathing is more shallow.back in nov my doc did a sleep study and it never happened, only the past 3 weeks that I know of. any ideas? issie
Do you snore? I have sleep apenea and what happens is the throat muscles relax and the tongue falls back and it cuts the airway off and you wake up breathless and oxygen has dropped. The doc. told me allot of it has to do with anatomy and the structure of your neck and throat. It doesn't depend on weight - because both skinny and fluffy have the problem. He said that most people with a short neck will develop it later in life. I wear a CPAP, but also have to use additional oxygen.
shoegal
told I don't snore. Had a test in nov that didn't show drops so my doc doesn't understand why I have them now, but it was ALL night and I feel awful now I was so scared I hardly slept
