roxie
Ive worn my old recliner out & have looked & looked for a new one. Finally got one that is as close to my old one as possible except it's a teensy but higher of a recline in how it lays back, maybe 10% no more than 20% but today my 2nd day with it I'm feeling dizzier & more nauseas & it's like my brain stops working. Has any one exerpienced this? Will I adjust?
lieze
So you're just not laying back as far is that what is happening?I've noticed some don't go back as far as others-kind of strange.Well maybe you can work your way up to it.Only spend so much time every day at that higher incline and go lay down at more of a height you are used to either on the couch or in bed.I think it is good to get used to being upright and maybe you will adjust maybe not.Experiment and see what works for you.I have a horrible habit of semi reclining in bed but my neck is not supported at all-so I'm holding it up almost all day long.No wonder I got that awful muscle cramp last night. roxie
Maybe you need something to support your neck?It just doesn't back as far& it's really a small difference almost like I have a fluffy pillow behind me. I hope it gets better or I'll just have to do it gradually, hopefully it getsBetter soon
lieze
Yeah I hope it gets better for you.Maybe take a break from it for a while long enough to clear your head and go back and forth until that position gets more comfie.
