crowebirds
Sodium causes fluid retention, if you have salt wasting and/or low blood volume, then yes this will help. Of course it works in tandem with consumption of extra fluids. My daughter consumes two Gatorades a day to help with her salt wasting. sj75
has it helped?10mls in one go sub cut seems like a lot to me? but 50 mls daily of soduim chloride (im assuming its 0.9%)isnt a lot so im not sure if it would make much of an impact but hey if its something that you find works then i would carry on.x
