My POTS symptoms have be getting progressively worse, even with salt and water...Dr. wants to start Fludrocortisone. I’m nervous about the weight gain as I just recently lost 120lbs and would prefer to not go back. Plus, I’m more of a preventative measures kind of person. Any tips or advice is greatly appreciated!

I had POTS prior to weight gain, then it came back with a vengeance after weight loss!
