Hi all, 

I too believe hormone imbalance is to blame for if not causing POTS making it worse.

I developed it five years ago while taking BC pills for hormone balance. 

I've noticed mine is horrible just before or during the menses. Estrogen is pure evil.

I am very interested in this topic as I have noticed a definite correlation between hormones and POTS symptoms.

I have Hyperadrenergic POTS and any form of estrogen drives me crazy dizzy. But progesterone seems to help although lately I'm getting worse.

Anyway I would like to hear more.
