I just googled the topic "dizziness while talking". The really scary thing is that this happened to me while driving. i was facetiming someone and it started making me dizzy, so dizzy that i thought i would have to pull over.
After i stopped talking, i noticed i was okay.
wierd huh? i though maybe inner ear, because i swim twice or even three times a week, and went swimming something like 3 times in a row one week. That seemed like the logical answer, but then i noticed i wasn't dizzy until i started talking.
