  1. Thank you for posting this. The brain fog and cognitive issues are just awful with this. I have to write everything down or I forget, and I often lose track of what I am talking about/doing if I get interrupted. I can relate to those of you that stated that you have trouble composing writings. I used to be so good at that (loved writing poetry and short stories). Now, you can forget it. It's like that part of my brain got sucked away into a black hole and is gone. It makes me so sad.

  2. One cook book I've been wanting to try out that deals with raw, vegetarian type food is by Ani Phyo and is titled Ani's Raw Food Essentials. You might like it, too.

You might also want to try out Pinterest for food recipes as well. I find a lot of great recipes on there. It's super easy to search for what you want, and if you find something you like, you can start your own recipe board to reference later.

  3. Hi everyone!

I am new to the forum. Not new to the dysautonomia/POTS world though as I was officially diagnosed a few years ago and have been suffering for a long time. I am currently trying to figure out the cause of my POTS as my symptoms are progressing. My rheumatologist advised for me to seek out a neurologist who specializes in dysautonomia but couldn't give me any recommendations. I live in the Pittsburgh, PA metro area and was wondering if any of you could give me recommendations? I am willing to travel if you know of any good ones in the tri-state area.

    Thanks for your help.

    -Dana
