  1. Ran 6 miles today and we will see what happens.The ol' body is confused and can't decide whether to collapse in exhaustion or kick on the adrenaline. We will see.

  2. How do we improve our self discipline to avoid those things that make our condition worse? I am reading "The Praciting Mind" by Thomas Sterner and it has helped but how do we take it to the next level?
