I'm a big fan of Fit-flops. The instant I put them on in the store I noticed a nagging lower back ache go away. I never noticed whether they help me with the dizziness, though.

Hi Mae, I'd definitely take it to another doctor, and explain to him the conditions you were under. When I had the TT test, they wanted me to clear my mind and just sort of stand there and stare and be bored. I don't know if being upset would affect the test results. I hope you're going to let the place you had the test know how you were treated. Some doctors!

About the chronic pain well i have it as well and it's not in my head. I cry myself to sleep with the pains in my legs. oh, everything hurts!
Today I'm done in from trying to be a good mommie and grand mommie over the past few days. payback the worst! oh nooooo a huge heat wave is passing through my body, i knew i shouldn't have stood up and walked as I can feel my pressured dropping right now. Every time i start to sweat I close to passing out. Luckly for me I'm lying down.
Hi Bella, my fibro/chronic fatigue doctor found two viruses in me and put me on Amantadine for the HHV-6 and Valtrex for EBV. After taking the Amantadine my leg pains cleared quite a bit and the HHV6 is a past virus. The EBV is still high and I need to do Valtrex again, but keep forgetting to take it. Ugh. But unless it's a coincidence, I really think the Amantadine helped. May want to do some viral tests. It helped me a lot. LindaM

Hi, I'm new on here. What pushed me to seek a site like this is because I feel I'm getting worse. Had issues all my life, but finally diagnosed with them the past year and a half. I still work a little, and wondering how long that will keep up. I would just like to mention to you that Armour Thyroid is much better than Synthyroid. The doctors don't know about that, so it may take some work to find a doctor that will be open to giving it to you, in case you're interested. Armour is a natural thyroid and you need a prescription for it. Be well. LindaM
Tilting The Bed

Now I'm totally confused! I came on here to see how people go about raising the head of the bed. I was about to buy a wedge. The thinnest I could find was seven inches. My husband said it would be a waste, don't bother. He said the pillow would do the same. That sounds about right to me. But being everyone always talks about elevation, I'd assume the pillow isn't enough. I'm still confused!
