So Im trying to learn from everyone here on this sight and Im trying to build my confidence in myself again. Whats going on with me when I see black dots? I noticed I have this arm pain and the tingling in my hand like may be pooling in my hand lt side what is this? I want to know if the lt arm pain is because I lay that side all the time.
