Insomnia-an some question about sleep meds

I have tried Ambien and it made me mean. My husband said. I was always very angry on it. I mean really bad and it didn't help w/sleep at all. I am taking restiol and it works OK. But I am on a pretty high dose. But it does work most of the time. Hope that helps Lovelyw35
