hi Dawn, i noticed swelling in my legs....with taking beta blockers...and am now settling in on inderal....hopefully...!!??? doc said...no worry....will help keep bp up...... [ooooo-kie-dok.....?????!!!!!!! lol.......] i wear compression hose...made by sigavarius....thigh highs....30-40 compression.....and are most comfortable. tried them all...and these are the best--and i am MISERABLE if i don't put them on! hope this helps... best regards, maggee

hi Claire:) i use only himalayan mountain salt.....available online...just type it in 'search'......and seems to be bout 4 places to buy from. a little goes a long way......so you can buy a small amount...i remember..@ www.mercola.com doc mercola..says...reg table salt is toxic....[you can read info on himalayan @ his website]....pretty interesting! anyways, always put salt on food..or can cause nausea, i found. best regards, Maggee

hi Dayna, i've been wearing them for years....and found the most comfortable are THIGH HIGHS by company named SIGIVARIUS. i really love them...and am miserable--if i don't put them on.... [ need doc prescription to get them ] i wear 30-40 compression..and get the "short' length....even tho' i'm 5'4"....and they come to just short of the top of my thigh. stay up great too!! i wash mine in wash machine...and just always air dry. i've tried all brands, styles...yada.....and these are a blessing...i wouldn't want to live without. best regards, Dayna... hi Blondie! i too am leary of all drugs...and have been using a product called "SIMPLY SALINE" that my doc told me about. 'tis a nasal spray....to clear nasal passages and sinuses of allergens. bought over the counter....no drugs...thus--no drug interactions....etc:0) also, found a product @ http://www.natlallergy.com/connected.html which you use to wash bedclothes with[just need tiny bit per load].....called DE-MITE LAUNDRY ADDITIVE. both have been helping me greatly! hope this helps...God Bless! best regards, Maggee

hi all...my first post..and even had trouble figuring out how to dang do it..oh my...lol! would greatly appreciate any feedback from anyone...regarding a Dr. Felix Rogers in Trenton, Michigan....who is on the forum's doctor list. there are 2 others on list in Ann Arbor , Michigan....also...... Like all of us, I do not want to make even one more futile trip to a doctor....!! Any other recommendations, for area surrounding Detroit....would be greatly appreciated also. know many have been to Mayo and Cleveland clinic...and good docs there=feedback....much needed also just don't want to go to mayo or CC....unless my last resort...due to having a sick husband...and 2 sick cats i'd have to leave..which i don't know is even feasible. but need to get better to take care of them better!--you know the feelin'!!!!! thanks in advance-so very much!
