My name is Vickie and I llive in Ohio, USA.. I have POTS and NCS. NCS is Neurocardiogenic Syncope if you never have heard of it. It also is an Autonomic Nervous System disorder (ANS).. I am from Ohio alos...I live close to Dayton which is in the South West of the state. There are alot of people that live in Ohio or has lived in Ohio that has these disorders. We have always joked about it being the water around Ohio. The people that live up North are by the water and us down South have the Ohio River. I have always wondered about it. Like Michelle said it could be the Doctors here in Ohio know more about it. We have Cleveland Clinic and also Dr. Grubb. The best I can tell the people that don't live in Ohio is to not let anyone they know or love come to Ohio....LOL.. Vickie

I have the problem with the sleep thing. I am an adult and I can't find to much to help me either. It is so hard for us to get to sleep some times and other times I sleep forever it seems like. I did want to let you know that there is a really good group for kids with our disorders. It is called DYNA (www.dynakids.org). That might help your son in finding other kids that are going through the same thing that he is. Hope you can get some help for him. Good Luck in the search for something for him. Vickie

Tearose I know how it is to try to clean...When I even do my dishes I do a little bit and then sit down then I go back a do a llittle more....We have to tell our selves atleast we are getting it done...LOL...
