I have undiagnosed hyperhidrosis since I started puberty (I’m 23 in 2 weeks) and I’m honestly not sure if having the pin prick pain and itching was happening that early or not, but for YEARS I’ve been having it right before I sweat in my armpits and finally decided to look into it before I go to a doctor for it, and I haven’t found anything concrete and the symptoms only seem to halfway match up but from what I’ve seen so far, it could be as simple as your sweat glands being blocked to potentially being a neurological problem. It’s something I definitely plan to go to a doctor for after my move next month
