  1. Hello 19 Y/o male relatively healthy. I believe that it is all heat related for me however it also happens whenever I have anxiety. Whenever I’m cooking at the stove or beginning to work out but right before I begin to sweat I get these little fire ant pricks all of my body and I can’t stop it unless I immediately cool myself down. Or I could also just heat myself up there happens to be just a 10 to 20° temperature range that if my body is in it it doesn’t like it and then the pricks begin. I’m currently not on any medications however after I stop taking my anti-anxiety medication this began to ramp up in severity. Now this might not be directly causing it however I feel like it’s due to certain amounts of stressors such as when your body can’t maintain a proper homeostasis for an extended period of time or in quick bursts. Back when I was working out regularly before the pandemic I didn’t have this problem because I was easily able to regulate my body temperature because I was consistently either outside or doing something. Now that I’m no longer as active my body has gained some fat and also doesn’t know where to displace a lot of the extra heat I guess? But I too have been to the doctor for this and they just said that it’s probably anxiety. But yea
