Does being bedridden for a month make you dizzy when you do get out of tge bed and try walking again.my supraventricular tachycardia caused me alot of issues as well as meds .and being scared of heart rate going to 146 bpm if i walked to much. So med anxiety and the heart issue had me jn bed awhile,so, how do you get right again.
