Just diagnosed with both POTS and MCAS. Have no idea what's happening internally and I've very very scared. Why would MCAS trigger seizures? When they happen I have full body convulsions, shaking, stuttering, hot flash, dizziness, lightheadedness, confusion and a sense of being out of my body.
