  1. I think with anything, it's always safest to just ask your doctor. Tell them you read the report, were concerned by some of the numbers and would like them to discuss it with you. Reading up online can only lead to feeling more concerned or confused. If you feel your doctor isn't giving you the answers you need it's always perfectly fine to get a second opinion from another MD.
  2. While diet can either help manage, or in reverse can trigger certain symptoms, dysautonomia is probably not caused by anything you did or didn't do. As far as I know Primary POTS is auto immune or genetic, secondary is triggered . Of course if you increase salt and water it will help symptoms, but don't beat yourself up or run through what you did before your diagnosis and try to find a reason why. I did the same and my doctor told me exactly that. Hope you're all doing well!
