Look up Arachnoiditis and see if it may be the cause of the wet or cold sensation, bladder issues, numbness, tingling, shooting pain, twitching, sensations of something crawling on the skin, etc. I have a spinal abnormailty and am pretty sure I have Arachnoiditis as a result.
