Does Your Body Vibrate When Laying Down?

Started experiencing odd painless vibrations in chest and arm about three months ago. Started to panic about it after googling 🥴 ended up having general ECG bloods etc nothing remarkable. No stroke. Put on beta blockers for anxiety. I am 56 in pretty good health. Suffered with flashes in eyes and poor balance tinnitus for years. Having mri next week, quite worried
