Itching/pins And Needles When About To Sweat

I have this issue too! I haven't been diagnosed with anything - my doctor says its just stress, but I know it's definitely linked to heat. Does anyone who also suffer from the itchies have any tips on how to get through it in the moment if you can't go somewhere cool? Also, does anyone else notice involuntary leg twitches or shudders when it's really bad?
