Does anyone else getting tinnitus in one or both ears on and off randomly? I get it a lot, mainly when it's quiet to semi-quiet. I've had it since September 2018 in my left ear. It doesn't bother me much, other than the noise. I was diagnosed with IIH (Idiopathic Intracranial hypertension) but I'm currently in remission (for 5 years now) and I have POTS. If you do have it, do you have any tips on how to drain out the ringing?

I get that ALL THE TIME it seems these days. It's gotten worst this year. Best way to help ease the floating on water feeling is lots of water, relax as much as you can. Don't get up from sitting or laying down too fast and don't stand for too long.
