    I don't have jerky movements while I sleep but I wake up trembling so hard I vibrate myself to the bottom of the bed, as if it were absolutely frigid. I feel cold when it happens, it only stops when I stand. is this something a 13 year old like me should experience? Does anyone else experience this?
