  1. Still in bad crash/relapse and getting severe myoclonal jerks mostly when trying to sleep. In UK what meds are ppl prescribed for this and should I be asking to see a neurologist about it? Or is it something the POTS cardiologist would deal with. My GP has prescribed Pregabalin which I'm loathe to take - my POTS isn't under control on propranalol and I'm waiting for an appt to see about midodrine. Not sure I should start a pregabalin without getting POTS med sorted first and under control / or have investigations for cause of myoclonus. I failed the rhomberg test (standing eyes closed falling backwards) and waiting to see GP about possible referrals. Also have loud hissing in head and pressure over back of neck etc so I'm quite worried. Not sure where to ask to be referred - any ideas ?
