  1. Hi! I've been diagnosed with POTS (and ME/CFS), but before I ever had symptoms of those, I had undiagnosed fasting hypoglycemia. I would get shaky and weak and it would go away when I ate something sugary. It wasn't a big deal. Now that I have POTS symptoms, when my blood sugar goes low it tends to make my POTS worse. Is that possible, or does that mean I don't actually have POTS, and the standing issues are caused by hypoglycemia? I haven't had a tilt-table test, but I've had a standing test, and my resting heart rate is between 60 and 70, and when I stand it goes up to about 140 and stays there until I sit down. Would that happen if it was caused by hypoglycemia? I still have POTS symptoms even if I don't have low blood sugar though. Any advice?
