I am suspected to have POTS. I just learned about this possible diagnosis yesterday so I dont know very much about it. My resting heart rate is 70-80 bpm, after standing it quickly rises to 140-160 bpm and will remain like that until I sit down. Walking around the house my heart rate is around 120-130 bpm, going upstairs my heart rate can get up to 180 bpm Along with my HR symptoms I also experience dizziness and lightheadedness upon standing, weakness, nausea, shortness of breath, blurred vision, and feeling very faint. I also have muscle and joint pain, fatigue, regular headaches, and problems sleeping at night.
