Beta Blockers And Severe Fatigue??

I have CFIDS and am extremely fatigued 24/7. I took Atenolol years ago (before CFIDS) and experienced severe fatigue. Is there anyone on this forum who has been diagnosed with CFIDS who has Orthostatic Intolerance? If so, what treatments are you using? Thanks so much!
