  1. Celery juice. Drink it every morning before food. It’s amazingly packed full of mineral salts.
  2. It helped me to cut fats down a lot and add in much more fruit. Yes fruit! The fats from animal products or plants (nuts, oils) made my symptoms worse. Robby Barbaro was helpful to me.
  3. I suggest you look into Epstein Barr virus as the cause.
  4. Yes I removed all gluten, eggs, dairy, animal products, all boxed or processed items and only eat fresh fruits, veggies, some nuts and seeds, and beans. It has completely changed my life and I am healing....finally!
  5. Look into Anthony William the medical Medium. He has a radio show on dysautonomia.
  6. I went through the same thing. Finally began to heal when I removed animal products, dairy and eggs from my diet. I slowly began drinking celery juice every morning on an empty stomach and incorporating fruits and veggies into my diet. I was amazed by how quickly I began to notice improvement. Prior to this change I couldn’t get out of bed without extreme exhaustion and all the symptoms you described. After 2 weeks of fruits and veggies and celery juice I could walk down the street, this kept increasing and now I’m waking 4 miles a day and have been symptom free for 5 months. It’s amazing when we recognize the healing powers of fresh fruits and veggies! Amazing!!
  7. Ken they removed a link I posted but do a little homework and you'll find some answers. Sorry MonkeyBug, I thought I sent you a message re removing the link, but suppose I forgot! Commercial links aren't allowed at our forums! Corina
  8. I buy bones from an organic butcher or store, and I save my veggie scraps (ends of any veggie you chop for cooking) in the freezer. When it's time to make more bone broth I add the bones, veggies and water to a crick pot (full to the top) then add 2-3 TBS of apple cider vinegar and Himalayan sea salt and pepper. Cool on low for 12-24 hours. Strain and refrigerate the broth in glass jars. I drink at least one cup per day but when my stomach is upset I have one cup before every meal. It has made a world of difference to my GI tract.
  9. I've read this is due to poor oxygenation in your extremities which means poor oxygenation in your brain. Look into Apex Energetics NeuroFlam and NeuroO2 supplements.
  10. I also make my own bone broth which I swear heals my gut. When I stop making it and don't drink it for weeks symptoms creep back up. Back on the bone broth and everything improves again. You'd think I'd learn to no forgo it but you know how life gets....
  11. Dysautonomia isn't always about your heart rate or pulse. It can be body temperature, sweating, GI issues. Anything the autonomic nervous system controls, pretty much anything that happens automatically within our bodies. It all traces back to the brain though. Do some checking on the vagus nerve and how to strengthen it. Strengthening the vagus nerve has improved my GI symptoms greatly. Simple things like gargling water several times a day, gagging yourself and humming loudly all give your vagus nerve a work out. I would highly recommend Dr Ks book "Why isn't my brain working?" You'll probably find yourself in the pages and he offers excellent practical solutions. I ended up finding a local doctor who prescribed to the same understanding and started brain based therapy that has been life transforming! Hang in there and know you're not alone!!
  12. I have had similar experiences. My doc explains that autonomic nervous system disorders are ultimately brain issues. Our autonomic nervous system is in charge of everything you described....temperature regulation, pupil dilation, heart beats, sweating....so it's rather "normal" for those of us with autonomic dysfunction. Pots is just one specific form of this disorder but ultimately it's all in the brain. You might consider looking for a dr who provides brain based therapy.
  13. I had to turn towards homeopathic and functional medicine to get true explanations and doctors who would look deeper than a standard test. Unfortunately medical tests only show results for diseases doctors can prescribe something for. Often issues happen long before they show up on traditional tests. Non-allopathic docs understand this. My cause was a brain injury from a fall. However I've learned I had quite the imbalance in my body before the head injury which created the perfect storm. Ive greatly improved my energy by altering my diet and taking only natural supplements and herbs to deal with brain fog, palpitations, etc. prescriptions only covered up some symptoms without addressing the true issue at all. I still have my bad days but they are getting fewer and farther between now that I've maintained a consistent treatment protocol for the last 3 months.
  14. I use OptiMag Neuro for my magnesium drink twice day. I hope to not be off legumes forever but I am for now to ensure a healed gut. Legumes are very rough on a stomach and if you have leaky gut (which leads to leaky brain) legumes make it much worse. I'm slowly reintroducing beans so we will see if I'm ready for them.
