I have hypotension/bradycardia which this last year got much worse ! I got in a car accident after teaching a difficult Bootcamp on 3/28 After a positive tilt table it seemed as though in summer months it's hard to do anything . And the midodrine seems like it's making it worse extreme anxiety! And anxiety Med lowers blood pressure. I am swing a neurologist soon it's been frustrating! I think to myself am I crazy?

I have been on 2.5 mg twice a day for about a month now after a very scary tilt table in March. I have anxiety issues now that worsened after the midodrine, is there anything anyone would suggest? I have cut my anxiety meds in half due to the hypotension and I now know NOT to have any caffeine while on midodrine! Almost NO tolerance to exercise and I am a fitness trainer and Zumba instructor. Needless to say I can not do a full Zumba class anymore ??and am scared to drive because of feeling bad 20 min post fitness,,, Help! shawna
