Hi! I just joined this forum! My name is Caresse (pronounced like the soap lol) and I have been dealing with dysautonomia for the past 9 months and just received a diagnosis of autonomic neuropathy being the cause of all of this. I just started IVIG to help treat and heal this sickness. It has turned my world upside down! And I'm sure everyone here can relate with that. So my question is how do you guys deal with dating and relationships with this? I started dating a guy right before I got sick and he's been here for me through the whole thing but wants to see how I do with IVIG to see about future subjects. Mostly if I'm well enough to have children and if I can go back to work. It makes me feel so defined by this and it's super frustrating! Am I the only one struggling to be loved and accepted just as I am during this treatment or is it really a problem for people to deal with?!
