This is a frequent symptom for me and has been since this disorder became disabling in 2000. It has nothing to do with my throat, I had a doctor just swear it was due to GERD, I finally gave in and had an endoscopy last year, there's absolutely nothing wrong with my throat or anything else in that area ;). The problem is neurological and when my b/p or h.r. are low, or I'm drained, or in severe Fibro pain,,,,my voice becomes hoarse. I don't even know if my husband understands everything I say, lol
