  1. I like the UDI's GF bread also Pink1975. It's not quite the same texture as regular bread but it's a nice alternative for me because I don't want to have to give up bread completely.
  2. I eat gluten-free and soy-free. It has helped noticeably. A high carbohydrate intake seems to aggravate symptoms so I try to be careful about that.
